and Conditions
Prices:
All prices are F.O.B. our nursery. We sell only to wholesale
customers.
Terms of Sale:
Terms are net 30 from date of invoice for customers who have
established credit with us. For new
customers, we require a 25% deposit to secure your order and
balance due on delivery. Overdue
accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month interest charge.
Delivery:
We make every effort to arrange the least expensive freight for
your plants without sacrificing service.
However, if our carrier or rate does not suit your needs, an
alternate carrier must be named in
advance. We will also try to accommodate partial load orders.
Liability:
All plant materials travel at the risk and expense of the
purchaser. Our liability ceases upon
delivery to the carrier. In no events shall our liability exceed
purchase price of plants.
Claims:
All claims must be made promptly upon receipt of plants and noted
on the bill of lading. To
be considered, claims must be made in writing and postmarked
within 5 days of receipt of plants.
