| R.C. James
R.C. has always been a businessman, beginning as a child. By the age of 12, he was casting concrete yard ornaments for sale in his family's gift shop. When his parents retired from the business, R.C. continued with James Manufacturing Company, which sold concrete pottery wholesale. Even with the nursery consuming the majority of his time now, R.C. still finds time to produce some pieces for long-time customers. R.C. is an avid bear hunter, belonging to the North Carolina Bear Hunter's Association, the Tennessee Bear Hunter's Association, and the Doe Valley Sportsman's Association.
